Simone Fontecchio is set to return to the Detroit Pistons next season.

The Italian forward has agreed on a two-year, $16 million contract with the Pistons.

NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski tweeted the details, confirming Fontecchio’s deal with Detroit.

Fontecchio averaged 15.4 points and shot 42.6 percent from three-point range in 16 games with the Pistons.

He joined Detroit after a trade deadline deal with the Utah Jazz.
