Former NBA player JJ Redick has officially been introduced as the new head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, stepping into a role filled with high expectations from the Purple and Gold faithful.

So it’s my job, it’s our staff’s job, it’s Rob’s job, it’s all of us to deliver a championship caliber team. That’s what I signed up for,” Redick said.
