The Detroit Pistons are set to sign guard Jaylen Nowell to a 10-day contract, according to NBA insider Shams Charania.

Nowell, a 24-year-old shooting guard, brings both NBA and G League experience to the Pistons.

Last season, Nowell averaged 10.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2 assists in 19.3 minutes per game for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

This season, he has appeared in nine games for the Memphis Grizzlies, averaging 5.7 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 17.4 minutes per game.

In the G League this season, Nowell’s numbers stand at 17.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists in 27.9 minutes per game.
