The 30-year-old Brooklyn Nets point guard Dennis Schroder plans to continue his basketball career for at least another decade, aiming to play in the NBA until his mid-30s and then return to European basketball, potentially shaking up the German league.
He also intends to follow in the footsteps of Dirk Nowitzki by representing the German national team.
“I have the feeling that I want to stay there for a long time, like Dirk Nowitzki back then. I can realistically assess if and how I can still help the team,” Schroder said.

“I could easily play until I was 40. In the NBA until I was 35, 36, and then I could go back to Germany at a good level and shake up the league a little bit."#NBA https://t.co/x4Ftps6cGB
