Indiana Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle called Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic an unstoppable offensive player after Tuesday’s 137-120 road win (39 points/10 rebounds/11 assists/15-30 FG/4-13 3-PT/5-6 FT).

(via Indiana Pacers):

“It’s impossible to guard Luka. The guy gets any shot he wants, any time he wants, and what, he have seven assists for dunks or something like that? He’s a great, great player who’s rewriting history with what he’s doing. So the important thing is you gotta read the game, and not look at his stats. If you look at his stats, you can go crazy trying to figure out how to stop him, and you gotta try to look at what the score of the game is. But it’s difficult, because he just came down and he got the ball in the basket about ten straight times to start the game: Wrong-footed shots, and step-back threes, and everything you can dream of. He’s great, [Kyrie] Irving’s great, but our guys tried to make it hard on him.”
