Orlando Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley appreciates president of basketball operations Jeff Weltman for keeping the roster together and letting them build chemistry (36-26 record).

Reporter: “Your group is ten games over .500. First time for this franchise since April of 2012 that it’s been ten games over .500. What does that say about the growth of this group over the last couple of years that they’re able to be in this type of position?”
Mosley: “We’ll keep repeating it, it’s the work that this group has continued to put in. Our coaches do a phenomenal job of talking about the game plan. You have to continue to talk about the way Jeff Weltman and his group have wanted to keep a group together so they can grow and understand the chemistry and how important that is. But our guys are just finding ways to get wins and they want to continue to do more, mostly it’s done on the defensive end, and they’re seeing that.”
