NBA superstar Stephen Curry recently revealed his long-term aspirations, expressing a keen interest in either owning an NBA team or becoming part of an ownership group.

In a candid interview on the latest “Dubs Talk” episode with NBC Sports Bay Area, Curry stated, per Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area, “Absolutely. Understanding the business and how the NBA is run, what all goes into this huge behemoth of an operation, it fascinates you to understand, where’s the future headed?”

The Golden State Warriors’ iconic player, who has witnessed significant changes in the league over his 15-year career, is intrigued by the prospect of contributing to the NBA’s growth.

“To know that you can be a part of an ownership group that is ushering the NBA into hopefully its super prime, and from viewership to basketball-related income that’s coming in and to look at where the league can possibly expand,” Curry added.

With potential expansion cities like Las Vegas and Seattle on the horizon, Curry is contemplating a future where he plays a role in shaping the NBA landscape.
