After winning his first NBA title, Nikola Jokic remained his usual self. The Serbian center does not think that winning a championship is the most important thing for him.

“We succeeded in our jobs and we won the whole thing. It’s an amazing feeling,” Jokic said. “But like I said before, it’s not everything in the world. I think. Okay, we won it, but I think it’s not the most important thing in the world still. There is a bunch of things that I like to do. That’s probably a normal thing. Nobody likes his job. Or maybe they do, they’re lying.

“It’s a good feeling when you know that you did something that nobody believes and it was just us, it was just the Nuggets organization believing in us, every player believing in each other. I think that’s the most important thing.”
