The Nuggets are set to begin their first-ever NBA Finals series tonight at home against the Heat. Denver’s head coach Michael Malone talked about what motivates his team.
“That’s the one thing that motivates every one of us is that we have yet to win a championship,” he said. “That’s why we’re excited to be here but know that we have a ton of work to do and this is going to be the hardest challenge that any of us have faced in our NBA career.”
Interestingly, the Nuggets have won every game against the Heat since 2016.
