The Suns opened the Western Conference Semifinals with a road loss against the Nuggets (107-125). Kevin Durant (29 points, 14 rebounds) and Devin Booker (27 points, 8 assists) led Phoenix in scoring.

The bench contributed 24 points for the Suns. According to NBA legend Charles Barkley, Phoenix lacks scoring outside of its leaders and that is the difference in this series.

“The Suns, I’m looking at their team… trying to be fair, they just can’t score enough,” Barkley said on TNT. “KD and Booker are going to go crazy, but I’m looking at the bench I don’t see where they’re going to get 20 points from one guy on a given night. They don’t have it.”
