Martynas Gecevicius is leaving his native Vilnius to continue his career in Turkey after Lietuvos Rytas decided not keep the player for the coming season.

His agent Misko Raznatovic announced via twitter that his client will be playing for TED Kolejliler Ankara next season:

It will be the second time that the 27-year-old sharp shooter will be playing abroad. Previously he’s been with Olympiacos for two years, winning two Euroleague titles as well.

Despite being one of the key players for Rytas last season, Gecevicius scored only 10 points in four games of LKL Finals. After a poor end of the season Rytas was not keen on renewing his contract.
