Warriors center Kevon Looney scored 14 points and grabbed 20 rebounds in his team’s double-overtime win against the Hawks (143-141).

He also made the game-winning shot after getting a rebound following Klay Thompson’s missed three-pointer. After the game Looney talked about the play that let to his game-winner.

“Trae Young hit a tough floater and I knew we had no timeouts, we had to get a shot up,” the 26-year-old center said, per Sam DiGiovanni of ClutchPoints. “I didn’t know who was gonna shoot it but Draymond had a good push and Klay got a good look. I rushed the first one, I didn’t think I had that much time but I [saw] I had more time so I took my time on the second one, and I was able to make it.”

This season Looney is averaging 6.7 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 23.3 minutes per game.
