The Brooklyn Nets beat the Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Milwaukee Bucks 118-100 on Friday night to tie the longest win streak in Brooklyn at 8. Kevin Durant scored 24 points, Nic Claxton added 19 for the Nets.
After the game, Durant talked about tonight’s victory: “We understand that everybody’s watching this game, everybody came to this game looked at this as bigger than a regular season game. They play a playoff style of basketball. It was on us to match it and play our brand as well.”
