The NBA has officially landed its sanction against the New York Knicks in light of their last offseason signing of Jalen Brunson.

This Wednesday, the league announced that they are stripping the Knicks’ 2025 second-round pick after the franchise went guilty in tampering allegations while having early conversations for the combo guard prior to the inking.

Knicks signed the free-agent Brunson to a reported four-year, $104 million deal, wherein he came off a four-year run with the Dallas Mavericks.

This season, Brunson is averaging 20.8 points, 6.2 assists, and 3.2 boards in over 46 percent shooting.
