Joel Embiid talked about what it’s like to play against Giannis Antetokounmpo/his flagrant 1 foul after the Philadelphia 76ers’ 110-102 home victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.

(via NBA on ESPN):

It’s fun. Obviously, I think he’s a monster. He’s so freaking good. That’s a guy you gotta pay a lot of attention to. On that play, you try to take a charge. He’s gonna try to drive harder at you to try to go score. So I tried to take a charge and be as physical as possible. But the game was physical all along. I got fouled so many times down there. I didn’t get the calls, and that’s cool. But as a team, it started defensively, just getting into them. I think we started the game so bad guarding the 3-point line that we knew coming into the game that we had to guard the 3-point line. If they didn’t make a lot of 3’s, we were gonna have a chance to win the game.”
