Heat guard Tyler Herro took it upon himself as he tried to win a game against the Pacers in a similar fashion that he did against the Kings.

The 22-year-old point guard launched a three-pointer in the dying seconds of the fourth quarter as Miami trailed by two points against Indiana. He missed the shot and his team ended up losing the game.

When talking about his decision to shoot after the game, the guard admitted that it wasn’t the best choice.

“Yeah, probably made my mind up a little too early, before I even stepped on the court,” Herro said. “Once I’d seen the play was for me, I just decided I was gonna go for the win. I’d seen the shot. I know the adjustment I’ll make next time I’m in that position already. So, just learn from it.”
