The Heat won a tight contest against the Kings thanks to a game-winning three-pointer from Tyler Herro. With 1.8 seconds on the clock in the fourth quarter, the 22-year-old point guard pump faked Terence Davis and nailed a tough shot to give his team a 3-point win (110-107).

Herro finished the game with 26 points and 12 rebounds in 38 minutes of play. There were comments from the Kings’ side that the Heat point guard travelled before making the game-winning shot.

“I don’t think it was a travel,” Herro laughed when asked what he thinks about Sacramento’s view on his game-winner. “But early in the game they called a travel on me that I also didn’t think was a travel. I think I hit a midrange pull-up like right before then they called a travel.

“Just like last night with Jordan Poole, you could call a carry on every play. You can call a travel, I’m pretty sure, on almost every play, so you got to take that one on the chin.”

This season Herro has started in all 9 games. He is averaging 18.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 30.7 minutes per game.
