Jordan Clarkson was thought to be on the trading block by the Jazz after the team moved Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell.

The 30-year-old has two more years left on his contract. However, the second year is player option. Clarkson is eligible for extension.

According to Tony Jones, it is more likely that Utah will sign an extension with the player instead of trading him.

Last season Clarkson averaged 16 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 27.1 minutes per game for the Jazz.
