The whole NBA was waiting for what will happen with Kevin Durant after he made his trade request. Two months of rumors culminated yesterday as the Nets announced that the two-time champion worked out things with the team and will stay in Brooklyn next season.
Sports analyst Bill Simmons took to Twitter to express his reaction to the Kevin Durant saga which ultimately ended with nothing as no trade was made.
“On behalf of everyone at @ringer, I’d like to thank the Nets and Kevin Durant for 2 months of lively, provocative and ultimately meaningless content for podcasts and written pieces,” Simmons tweeted.
