According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, NBA All-Star Zach LaVine has agreed to a five-year, $215.2 million maximum contract to return to the Chicago Bulls, with a player option in Year 5.
This past season, Zach LaVine, 27, averaged 24.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game.
Chicago is now about $7M below the luxury tax with 13 players. They could look to reduce payroll to comfortably use the entire $10.5M MLE.
