Former NBA champion Brian Scalabrine thinks that the Celtics make most sense as a team where Kevin Durant could be traded if he decides to leave the Nets.

“There’s no better package than the Boston Celtics,” Scal said on SiriusXM NBA Radio, per R.P. Salao of ClutchPoints. “Jaylen Brown, three picks, two rights to swap and Daniel Theis, the money works. You’re getting the All-Star caliber player, and you’re getting picks moving forward.”

He also pointed at connection between Boston’s center Al Horford and KD as well as head coach Ime Udoka. In addition, Durant is familiar with Jayson Tatum with whom he played on the USA Olympic team.
