Steph Curry has missed 8 games for the Warriors due to a foot injury. The three-time NBA champion’s recovery is successful and there is a small hope that he could return to action before the playoffs.

“We were hoping that maybe he could play one or two games at the end of the regular season, but that was kind of a long shot. This is how it’s turned out… I’m not too worried about him,” Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said, per Kendra Andrews.

This season Curry is averaging 25.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 6.3 assists in 34.5 minutes per game. The Warriors have four regular season games left to play: against the Kings, Lakers, Spurs and Pelicans.

While the Dubs have already booked their place in the playoffs, their final seed is yet to be determined. Currently they are third in the Western Conference but could drop to as low as sixth place.
