Russell Westbrook hit 41 points and was one-point shy of an All-Star Game record as he led the West to a 163-158 win over the East in the 64th edition at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.

Wilt Chamberlain’s 42 point record still stands but the Thunder guard was close as he put on a dazzling display at the World’s Most Famous Arena.

Two records that were broken was that the combined 321 points surpassed the 318 scored last season, and the 48 3-pointers smashed last year’s record of 30.

LeBron James led the East with 30 points.
