Anthony Davis, along with Russell Westbrook, carried the Los Angeles Lakers to a road win over the San Antonio Spurs. The two stars combined for 68 points. AD played the most minutes on the team (42) as he added 17 rebounds and 4 blocks to his 35 points.

During the game, the 28-year-old forward bumped his knee into his opponent’s knee and will be re-evaluated before the next game tomorrow against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

“I was going to box out and then [Keita Bates-Diop] was doing the job flying in while I was still kind of planted on the ground and he ran it into my knee,” Davis said. “A little stinger. And then I started moving and kind of went away. As I kept played I still felt it a little bit, finished them. We’ll see how it feels when I wake up tomorrow.”
