Kevin Love has no plans to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers, therefore a move to the Los Angeles Lakers is not likely to take place.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Love has no intention to discuss a buy-out with the Cavs in order to become a free agent.

Following the trade of Lauri Markkanen, the Cavs want to part ways with Love, who still has two years and $60M left on his current contract.

Love, a 2016 NBA champion with Cleveland, has been linked to a move in the Brooklyn Nets or the Lakers, should he become a free agent.
