Italy will play in the quarter-finals of the Olympic Tournament after its 80-71 win over Nigeria.
The Italians took control from the opening tip and led by 12 (29-17) after the end of the first quarter.
Yet, Nigeria came back and went on a 27-46 run to close the third quarter up by seven (56-63).
Italy, though, turned things around and outscored Nigeria 24-8, after an impressive 14-0 run, to seal the deal.
With two wins and one loss (2-1), Italy finished second in Group B. Meanwhile, Nigeria remained winless (0-3) and got eliminated.
