FC Barcelona has reached an agreement with star guard Cory Higgins for a three-year contract extension.
As the club announced, Higgins will remain with FC Barcelona until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Higgins joined the Catalans back in 2019 and helped the team win the 2021 Copa Del Rey, being named the MVP as well. The American guard led FC Barcelona to the EuroLeague Championship Game, but the “Blaugrana” failed to win the title, after losing to Anadolu Efes.
FC Barcelona has already announced the signing of Sertac Sanli, while they are close to a deal with Nicolas Laprovittola in an effort to further bolster their roster.
