Frank Vogel had nothing but good words to say about the performance of the Lakers big men in the 109-102 win in Game 2 vs the Suns.
Vogel said Marc Gasol and Andre Drummond ‘played exceptionally well’ against Phoenix, helping the Lakers even the series.
Drummond had 15 points (7/11 shooting) and 12 rebounds, while Gasol added six points and two clutch three-pointers.
Coach Vogel and the Lakers now have their sights set on Game 3, which will take place on Thursday at Staples Center.
