The defending NBA champions could be eliminated already in the first round of the playoffs if they lose Game 6 against the Phoenix Suns later today.
Lakers head coach Frank Vogel talked about preparing his player for the game and what the main focus was. “We’re just making sure that our mindset is where it should be, that we still have a strong belief in our group,” he said.
“As every day we trust our process of daily improvement, daily growth, absorbing what happened the night before, analyzing what went wrong and finding ways to be better. And obviously pondering adjustments. That’s what today was about. We talked about a lot of that stuff with our group. Hopefully we learn from it and improve on it.”
