Since getting traded to New York in February, Derrick Rose says he’s loved everything about being back with the Knicks. The former MVP has made a great impact off New York’s bench during their 7-game win streak, averaging 15.7 PPG & 3.7 APG on a 50% field goal percentage. Rose credited his teammates for allowing him to play free this season after last night’s win over Charlotte.

“I’m thankful and blessed that my teammates are allowing me to play the way that I play. That’s always a great feeling when I’m out there not thinking, and just reacting. I feel like the way I play opens up the game for everyone. I feel like I’m unselfish, I’m a good passer, and if anything, if you run you’ll get the ball. So I’m in the perfect position.”
