Even though Derrick Rose’s name is being mentioned in various trade rumors, the veteran point guard is not worried about his future.

According to the former NBA MVP, the Knicks are keeping communications open with him and he does not feel like a trade is coming.

In addition, Rose says that he is willing take on whatever role the teams wants him to and he is not causing problems in the locker room.

“The team is keeping communications open with me: When they told me I don’t think that they want to move me like that, they know that I have a lot left, and they love my connection and relationship that I have with all of the players on the team,” Rose said.

This season Rose is averaging 6.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 13.1 minutes per game.
