The Lakers could be without nine players in the game against the Utah Jazz on Saturday afternoon.

More specifically, LeBron James (right ankle sprain), Anthony Davis (right calf strain) and Jared Dudley (right MCL tear) are out for the contest.

In addition, the Lakers list Markieff Morris (left ankle sprain) and Marc Gasol (left pinkie finger/volar plate fracture) as questionable.

At the same time, four Lakers players (Dennis Schroder – right foot infection, Andre Drummond – right big toe contusion, Wesley Matthews – right Achilles tendon tightness, Kyle Kuzma -left calf strain) are probable for the game.

The Lakers want to bounce back from their home loss to the Boston Celtics on Thursday (121-113), as they will face the Jazz twice (Saturday, Monday).

For their part, the Jazz have the best record in the NBA, at 42-14.
