Damian Jones will be a starter for the Los Angeles Lakers in the game against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night.
Jones, who was probable with a back strain, will make his first start for the Lakers in just his third game with the defending champions.
Lakers head coach Frank Vogel confirmed the news while speaking to reporters prior to the game against Sacramento.
Jones has signed a 10-day contract with the Lakers.
