In his third NBA season, Luka Doncic is already a two-time All-Star and an MVP candidate. The Slovenian phenom turned 22-year-old today.

His statline as a 21-year-old is one of the most impressive ones in the NBA. Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade reacted to Doncic’s numbers in the league before turning 22.

Wade recalled that he entered the NBA at 21, while the Mavericks young star at the same age has already stacked impressive numbers and is among the best performing 21-year-old players the league has seen. “I was just entering the league at 21 sheesh,” D-Wade tweeted.

This season, Luka is averaging 28.5 points, 8.4 rebounds and 9 assists per game for Dallas. He was named an All-Star Game starter for the first time this year.
