PJ Tucker is only months away from becoming a free agent, and several teams have been checking on him for a possible trade as we are heading to the trade deadline.

According to Kelly Iko of The Athletic, the Brooklyn Nets, the Denver Nuggets and the Utah Jazz are interested in trading for the veteran swingman.

The 35-year-old forward is averaging 4.6 points and 4.7 rebounds in 29.9 minutes per game this season, however his defensive contribution is still valuable, especially for a contender.

The Rockets are far away from playoff contention with an 11-20 record. However, the Rockets would like to exchange Tucker’s deal for a player, who could be replacing him in the starting lineup.
