Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George will miss at least the next two road games, head coach Ty Lue announced.

George will not join the team on the road trip which includes games at the Minnesota Timberwolves on Feb. 10 and Chicago Bulls on Feb. 12.

The 30-year-old will be re-evaluated when the team gets back to Los Angeles this weekend.

George has been out due to nagging right foot soreness, but the official injury is bone edema (swelling) in his toe.

In 20 games, George is averaging 24.4 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.2 steals per game.

Luke Kennard will continue to start in George’s absence.
