Dennis Schroder shared his thoughts on the possibility of re-signing with the Lakers and remaining with the defending champions long term.
Schroder recently admitted it would be ‘great’ if he had the opportunity to be part of the team for many more years.
“I said it before, even first day, it felt like we’d been together for a month or two. Chemistry is amazing. That’s the reason why I think I want to be here long term.
But like I said before, it’s got to be fair on both ends. If it’s fair, then I don’t have any problem. It’s going to be great to be here long term, for sure,” Schroder said, via Lakers Nation.
Schroder is averaging 14.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 4.4 assists for the Lakers this season.
He will be an unrestricted free agent this summer and has already started extension with the defending champions.
