Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is considered ‘day-to-day’ for the Los Angeles Lakers with an ankle injury.

Caldwell-Pope suffered an ankle injury (mild left ankle sprain) and was forced to exit the game against the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.

Even though he said he was fine and his injury did not require a walking boot, Caldwell-Pope sat out the game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Lakers’ head coach Frank Vogel is hopeful Caldwell-Pope will be available for the second game of the back-to-back set with the Grizzlies (Tuesday).
