Dennis Schroder opened up about his defensive target with the Los Angeles Lakers ahead of the start of the season next week.

Schroder wants to make the difference for the team defensively and be as aggressive as possible.

“Schroder said that his focus on defense is to be aggressive, run guys off the 3-point line into the help defense, as well as pick up full court and pressure the ball when applicable.

That’s similar to what LAL had its guards do last season,” Schroder told reporters, via Mike Trudell of Spectrum Sportsnet.

It is still uncertain whether Schroder will be a starter for the Lakers, as head coach Frank Vogel has not made a final decision yet.
