Even though James Harden eventually joined the Houston Rockets’ training camp ahead of the 2020-2021 season, his future with the team is far from certain. Sports analyst Skip Bayless thinks that the Rockets will trade The Beard before the opening night.

According to him, Harden, who appeared to have put on some weight this offseason, is causing more trouble than he’s worth which could have lead to Houston finally deciding to let go of its biggest superstar.

“I now suspect Houston will trade Harden before opening night. I think they have finally made the decision: ‘Enough. Harden is more trouble than he’s worth,'” Bayless said on UNDISPUTED.

Several NBA teams emerged as potential trade destinations for Harden. It has been reported that he has given a list of teams that would like to be traded to to the Rockets. The Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks are expected to be the favorites to land the former MVP.
