John Wall opened up about his debut with the Houston Rockets as well as the situation with James Harden.
Wall said the addition of Harden and the rest of the players that did not play against the Chicago Bulls (125-104) can make the Rockets a ‘very special team’.
“We know what those guys can bring to our team and how much better they can make our team. We know what James can do, one of the best scorers you’ve ever seen.
When you add those pieces to what we have now, I feel like we can be a very special team,” Wall told reporters, via Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.
Wall shined in his debut with the Rockets (13 points, 6/10 shooting, five rebounds, nine assists), with DeMarcus Cousins adding 14 points and seven boards.
