The Houston Rockets are in the midst of another dramatic episode on the James Harden saga this season. The former MVP sent shockwaves through the NBA landscape with his latest comments after the blowout loss to the LA Lakers.

Harden has asked out of Houston prior to the start of the season and has expressed his desire to get traded to a contenting team.

After Harden’s comments in Tuesday’s media session, John Wall took the podium and asked to address the situation. At first, Wall refused to share his thoughts directly on Harden’s post-game claim, but, then he decided to chip in on his team’s current situation.

“When you have certain guys in the mix who don’t want to buy in all as one it’s gonna be hard to do anything special, to do anything good as a basketball team…”, Wall said.

The Rockets had a rocky-start in their 2020/21 campaign earning just three wins in the first nine games of the season. Harden’s and Wall’s comments followed the second consecutive blowout loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
