Miami Heat star Bam Adebayo recently surprised his mother Marilyn Blount with a brand new house following his signing of a max rookie extension with the Miami Heat.
Bam, a first-time All-Star this year, earned himself a mega-deal with the 2020 NBA Finalists and will rake in $28,103,550 next season. The former Kentucky star was raised in a single trailer by a single parent; he is extremely close to his mom and has been consistent in saying he wants to do right by her.
The 23-year-old has come a long way since the days of living in a trailer and his mother is all the better for it, as you could tell from the photos below:
Adebayo’s breakout helped the Heat reach their first NBA Finals since 2014 and it will be interesting to see how much improvement he makes next term.
