Penny Hardaway believes the Golden State Warriors should pick James Wiseman in the No.2 of the 2020 NBA Draft.
The former NBA player and current head coach of the Memphis Tigers is of the opinion that Wiseman fits best with the Warriors.
“He can easily keep up with the game and the pace. He’s very athletic, very fast. He’d instantly be one of the better rim runners in the league. He’s also a rim protector; he is going to protect the rim.
His skill set is good enough now, and it’s going to get better, especially because he’d be playing with veterans like Draymond, Klay and Steph,” Hardaway told NBC Sports Bay Area.
In three games played for the Tigers, the Warriors prospect averaged 19.7 points, 10.3 rebounds, and three blocks through 23 minutes of action.
