The Denver Nuggets weren’t able to return from a 3-1 deficit in the Western Conference Finals versus the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Nuggets had an incredible run in the playoffs, despite the fact that they played seven hard-fought elimination games in the 2020 postseason.

Nikola Jokic revealed Denver’s goal for next season, when he was asked about the series against the Lakers.

“That we fight. Even today, they were up 16, I think, and we didn’t quit… And that’s going to be our mentality next year, I think, just never quit.”
