Laboral Kutxa Vitoria added more scoring power to its roster, announcing the addition of swingman Orlando Johnson on a one year deal on Thursday. Johnson (1.96 meters, 25 years old) arrives from the NBA where he played for the Indiana Pacers and the Sacramento Kings in the last two seasons. He has played in 96 games in his two-year NBA career, with averages of 3.2 points and 1.7 rebounds. He also spent time with Fort Wayne of the Development League. Prior to turning pro, Johnson was a scoring machine in college, averaging 17.8 points, along with 5.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists during his four-year college career at Loyola Marymount University and University of California-Santa Barbara. In 2010, he was chosen the Big West Conference Player of the Year. He is set to make his Turkish Airlines Euroleague debut this coming season with Laboral Kutxa.
