Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade keeps adding to its roster for club’s second consecutive Turkish Airlines Euroleague season, announcing the signing of point guard Marcus Williams on a one year deal. Williams (1.91 meters, 28 years old) arrives from Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar, where he posted 7.3 points, 3.8 assists and 2.2 rebounds last season. That was second consecutive Euroleague campaign for Williams, after he made his debut in the competition in 2012-13 with Unicaja Malaga. He played college ball in Connecticut from 2003 to 2006 and then played in the NBA with the New Jersey Nets, the Golden State Warriors or the Memphis Grizzlies. He also played with Quebradillas Pirates in Puerto Rico, Dragons Nanjing in China, as well as Unics Kazan and Enisey in Russia.
