Doc Rivers told the NBA players the best solution is to resume the season and use their platform to force change.

The head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers is one of the most outspoken voices regarding the social injustice in the United States and spoke his mind during the players’ meeting on Wednesday.

“Your power is your talent and you should stay and play,” Rivers told the players, via Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Eventually, the players decided to resume the season and create action plans to address racial injustice issues.
