The Croatian Basketball Federation decided upon the succession of Jasmin Repesa and will apoint Josip Vrankovic as the new Head Coach of the Croatian National Team.
41-year old Vrankovic has a short coaching career behind him. He won the Bosnian Championship with Siroki in 2007 while he has also coached Cibona and the second squad of the Croatian NT with which he won gold at the Mediterranean Games last summer.
Josip Vrankovic will have Neven Spahija beside him in the NT as a technical advisor.
