Panionios signs Lonny Baxter |

 Panionios BC officially announced the signing of the US born player Lonny Baxter. Baxter will make his debut next Sunday when Panionios will take on Egaleo for Greek A1.
This is the second time Lonny Baxter plays for a Greek club as he has also played for Panathinaikos 3 seasons back. The Maryland University graduate has also played for Siena and DKV Joventut in Europe.
His European career highlight is his participation in the 2004 Moscow Final Four while he has also played for some NBA clubs such as Chicago Bulls, Huston Rockets and Sharlott Bobcats.

Panathinaikos might be playing competing in the Greek A1 play-offs and getting ready for the most crusial games of the season against their arch-rivals Olympiakos but that doesn't deter their management to plan their future team.
Aris's American forward Jeremiah Massey has been put up for sale. Greek club lost in the quarter-final of the Greek league and will miss Euroleague next year. Massey was wanted by many teams last summer but Aris managed to keep him.
After a failed attempt to sign Ettore Messina Barcelona will be looking for another high-profile coach. Juan Laporta, the president of the club said in the press conference that the new coach will be announced after the end of the season.
